1. If a person misses the obligatory prayers, it is obligatory to
perform the Qaza prayers as soon as he remembers. If he delays performing Qaza
without any excuse, he will be guilty. Therefore, if a person's prayer becomes Qaza
'and the remembrance leaves him to perform it at another time instead of paying
Qaza', and death comes suddenly, he will have two sins. One sin is not praying,
and one sin is not performing Qaza despite having time. It is a grave sin to
leave the prayer on purpose. In order to be forgiven for this sin, it is not
necessary to just perform Qaza or even if you just repent, you have to repent
and perform Qaza.
2. If one's prayers have been made up a few times, then all the prayers should be made up as soon as possible. It is better to make Qaza of two, three or four times at a time. If a person is incapable (such as being a very needy person and not having time to feed his children, then whenever he gets a little time out of hard work, he will make up for it) at least one at a time.
3. There is no fixed time for performing Qaza prayers. Whenever there is a little time, one can perform Qaza of ablution two or four times, but it will not be performed at the time of Makrooh.
4. If a person prays Qaza only once or twice, no prayer has been Qaza or has been Qaza before, but his Qaza prayer will not be valid until Qaza has been performed. If waktiya falls without Qaza, then it has to be repeated again. Of course, if the waktiya prayer is performed due to not remembering the Qaza prayer, then the waktiya prayer will be correct, it will not have to be repeated. But as soon as he remembers, Qaza will fall.
5. If the time is so narrow that if waktiya falls after Qaza, waktiya will also become Qaza, then waktiya will fall first, then Qaza will fall.
6-7. If a person's Qaza is
performed for two, three, four or five times, that is, for one day, then he is
called 'Sahebe Tarteeb'. If the prayers have been performed for more than one
day, that is, if the prayers have been performed for six or more days, then the
tarteeb is no longer valid. It is obligatory to guard the prayers. If one's
obligatory, Zuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha (including Betar) are made up, then the
Fajr prayer of the next day before the prayers will not be made pure Must read
If Sahib does not perform Tarteeb, even after leaving the Qaza prayer, it will
be correct, and it will not be obligatory to observe Tarteeb among the prayers
which have become Qaza.
8. If one has
Qaza of the previous period on six times. Then he becomes a regular worshiper
and after a long time he suddenly becomes Qaza 'at one time, but he will not be
able to do that. If the waktiya prayer is performed with this Qaza, the waktiya
prayer will become difficult.
9. Someone
had six or more prayers in his charge, that is why he did not have six prayers,
but from now on he will have six prayers again. So again, if the number of five
obligatory prayers is Qaza, then it is obligatory to perform tarteeb again, and
again if six or more Qaza are combined, then the tarteeb will be waived again,
It would be a sin to increase the number of Qazas in the hope that the Qazas
will be forgiven without the intentional Qazas.
10. Even if
there are only four or five times left for reciting Qaza in small number of
prayers, it will not be obligatory. Out of these four or five times, he can
recite whatever he wants, and he can perform the Waqtah prayer in spite of the
remaining four or five times.
11. If a
person's qatr prayer becomes Qaza and there is no other prayer in the jimma,
then it will not be permissible to offer the Fajr prayer without the qatar. If
Fajr falls without Betar in spite of having remembrance and time, then Fajr
should be recited again after Betar Qaza.
12. If a
person (after being deceived by the devil at an early age) does not pray (and
fortunately after a while) starts repenting, then (since he has reached the age
of puberty) it will be obligatory for him to make up all the missed prayers,
the prayer is forgiven by repentance. No. Of course, the sin of disobedience by
not praying will be forgiven. Now, if all the past prayers are not recited,
then it will be a sin.
13. Someone
just fell asleep after reciting Isha prayers, got up last night and recited
Tahajjud prayers.
14. There is only the ruling on performing the Qaza of the obligatory and non-obligatory prayers, and there is no ruling on performing the Qaza of sunnat or nafl. Of course (if the intention is broken after starting the sunnat or nafl prayer, then its Qaza has to be performed). , Do not have to read the Qaza of sunnat.
15. Due to the narrowness of the prayer time (or the fear of missing the congregation), if one leaves the Fajr sunnat and performs only the obligatory prayers, he will perform the Qaza of the sunnat before noon after the sun has risen.
16. If a person misses a certain number of prayers and dies before his Qaza ', then it is obligatory on him to make a will to pay the ransom for those prayers before he dies. If he does not make a will, he will be a sinner. (The amount of fidyah is two quarts of wheat or its value instead of namaz each time, including whipping, or feeding a poor person on a full stomach twice a day).
17. If for some reason the prayers of one group or the whole caravan become Qaza, then those who used to perform the waktiya prayers in the same way as the Qaza prayers, will also perform the Qaza prayers. Qiraat will be recited silently in the Qazaar of the Syrian prayer and Qiraat will be recited aloud in the Qazaar of Jahriya.
18. If a
minor boy falls asleep after Isha prayers, he wakes up in the morning and finds
stains on his clothes.
